But here’s the truth—our bodies don’t stop needing movement just because our enthusiasm doesn’t match. And if you’re anything like me, you’ve probably discovered that the less you move, the more you need to move.
That’s why we’re starting something new: Easy Chair Group Workouts.
This isn’t about running marathons, lifting heavy weights, or sweating it out in a gym. It’s about simple, doable movements we can all start from the comfort of a chair. These exercises are designed to help us:

Relieve pain
Ease arthritis
And most of all—feel great!
