Let’s be honest—exercise isn’t everyone’s favorite thing. Some of us love it, but many of us avoid it until our bodies remind us just how much we need it. That’s why we’re excited to bring Easy Chair Exercise right here to Hubbard Hall.
This program is designed for those who need movement but want something gentle, safe, and doable. You don’t need fancy workout clothes, and you don’t need to be in perfect shape. All you need is a sturdy chair, comfortable shoes, and the willingness to give it a try.
What to Expect
Short & Sweet: Workouts last just 10–20 minutes.
Low Pressure: You can stop or slow down at any time.
Follow Along: We’ll use a video instructor on the screen—simply watch and move at your own pace.
Come Late? No Problem: Just slip into a chair and join in. Everyone’s focused on the screen, so you won’t feel like you’re interrupting.
